About Lisa
Lisa is a senior interim HR leader with more than 25 years of experience in operational and strategic HR work – from employment law, labour relations and union negotiations to recruitment, payroll and change management.
She has held roles from HR Business Partner and HR Director to Deputy CEO and Operations Manager, in both private and public sector, with experience across retail, finance, IT, staffing, healthcare and central government.
Lisa's strength is her ability to quickly immerse herself in new organisations and provide consultative support to managers on complex HR matters – with a strong business focus, drive and a hands-on leadership style that helps employees grow and drive change together.
